THE ORSA AGM WAS SCHEDULED TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 29 ,2020 AT 1 PM AT THE INNERKIP COMMUNITY HALL.

Due to the restrictions around Covid 19 , the AGM will be held at the scheduled date/time ,BUT WILL BE VIA A CONFERENCE CALL.

Due to no playing season during 2020, membership from 2019 will be allowed to submit motions and participate in voting during the meeting.

Anyone wishing to participate in the meeting or submit motions (30 DAYS PRIOR TO AGM) should contact Carl Littlejohns at clittlejohnsorsa@live.ca.

Motions for consideration will be posted prior to the meeting.

Conference call data will be sent out prior to the meeting to interested  participants.
