FOR 2 OUT OF 3 SERIES
(a) Fees for single entries will be accepted in any Intermediate and Junior series at a rate of $30.00 per team plus $5.00 for each certificate signed before May 1 st . After May 1 st the fee will be $50.00 per team plus certificate fees.. In Intermediate Men, Junior Men, Intermediate Ladies, each team must post a performance bond of $100.00 at the time of their application. Minor series single entries are $30.00 per team plus $5.00 for each certificate signed before May 1st. After May 1 st , the Fee will be $50.00 per team plus certificate fees.
(b) No team can enter the playoffs or tournaments until the Affiliation/entry fee and players fees of the team are paid in full.
(c) All Teams must have Certified Coaches Certificates, Respect In Sport Certificate numbers, Insurance Rosters (must be supplied when applying for insurance).
(d) The affiliation fee must be forwarded to the Association Secretary upon application for membership.
(e) Make all remittances payable to O.R.S.A. Secretary-Treasurer
(f) The O.R.S.A. shall charge a $10.00 fee for reserving dates for sanctioned tournaments.
(g) Should a Tournament Style Playoff not be used, then at all playoff games, the O.R.S.A. must receive 20 percent of the gross gate with the total gate amount shown on the financial sheet. NOTE: the minimum O.R.S.A. share shall be $10.00 for any playoff game up to and including the final game except for Junior games where minimum share shall be $10.00.
Registration Fees for the Playoff Tournaments will be:
U11 / U13 $375.00
U15 $400.00
U17 / U19/U20/U23 $450.00
$150.00 of each of the Team Fees goes to the Host.
Each team participating in Grand Championship is to pay $350.00 of
which $250.00 goes to the Host
